Your Allied BHI Team

Courtney joined the Allied Behavioral Health Integration team as our Vice President of Medical Operations in 2023. She completed her Bachelor’s in Psychology as well as a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at James Madison University. Courtney strengthens the Allied BHI team with her expertise from 16 years of experience in the mental health field—9 of those working inpatient psychiatry.

Courtney is passionate about providing accessible behavioral healthcare by bridging the gap in mental healthcare and connecting with medical providers. She values the opportunity to serve the many people who would otherwise fall through the cracks, giving them the care they need for a better life.

Originally from Delaware, Courtney came to Virginia for college and never left. She loves the small-town feel the area has to offer, reminding her of her home state. Courtney is a mother of two and loves to spend time with her kids and her husband, Phil. She also enjoys exercising, traveling and winding down after a long day with reading.
